Your subscription
Your subscription page shows your licence key, whether it is active, and the date of your next payment, which is how long your key is paid for. You can also change your card or cancel there.
You sign in with the email address you paid with; Lemon Squeezy sends you a link.
Free trial
How does the free trial work?
Open the program, accept the terms and select "Start free trial". Every feature works for 2 days from that moment, on that computer. You do not need to enter payment details.
What happens when the trial ends?
The program stops and asks for a licence key. Subscribe and paste the key from your receipt email to carry on. Your settings and profiles are kept.
I subscribed during the trial. Where do I enter my key?
Start the program. While your trial is running, the first screen has the key field: paste the key from your receipt email there and select "Activate".

Where are the options?
Select the "..." button next to the profile buttons, or right-click the DPI Slowdown icon in the corner of the taskbar. The menu has the pause hotkey, start with Windows, updates and Exit.
How do I pause it quickly?
Press the pause hotkey, Ctrl + Alt + P, from any program. Press it again to resume. You can pick another key, or switch it off, under "Pause hotkey" in the options menu.
Where did the window go when I minimized it?
To the tray, the row of small icons in the corner of the taskbar. The program keeps running there. Click its icon to open the window again, or right-click it and choose Exit to close the program.
Can it start with Windows?
Yes. Tick "Start with Windows" in the options menu. It then starts in the tray, without opening its window.
How do updates work?
The program looks for a new version once a day and asks before installing it. The update downloads from this website, is checked, and the program restarts itself. You can also choose "Check for updates now" in the options menu, or switch the daily check off there.
Licence keys
I paid but did not get a key
The key is in the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy. Check your spam folder and that you used the right email address at checkout. Still missing? Email us with the address you paid with.
The program says my key was not recognised
Copy the whole key from the receipt email and paste it, without spaces before or after. Keys from other products do not work.
The program says my key is in use on the maximum number of computers
Each key works on up to computers. On a computer you no longer want to use, open the options menu ("..." button) and choose "Remove licence from this PC". If you no longer have that computer, email us and we will free it up.
I got a new computer
On the old computer, open the options menu ("..." button) and choose "Remove licence from this PC". Then download the program on the new computer and enter the same key. If the old computer is gone, email us and we will remove it.
Does it work offline?
The program checks your subscription online when it starts. Without internet it keeps working for a few days after the last successful check, then asks you to connect.

How long is my key valid?
For as long as your subscription is paid. Your subscription page shows the date of the next payment. If you cancel, the key keeps working until that date.
How do I cancel?
On your subscription page, or with the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt email. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I change my card or see my invoices?
The same "Manage subscription" link opens your customer page, where you can update the payment method and download invoices.
The program says my subscription has ended
Your last payment failed or the subscription was cancelled. Fix the payment method from your receipt email, or subscribe again.
